310S stainless steel has good high temperature resistance. When the temperature exceeds 800°C, it begins to soften, and the allowable stress begins to decrease continuously. The maximum operating temperature is 1200 °C. Due to high content of nickel (Ni) and chromium (Cr), it has good oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance and high temperature resistance. High temperature resistant steel tubes are specially used for the manufacture of electric heating tubes, etc., and carbon is added to austenitic stainless steel. After the content, the strength is improved by the solid solution strengthening effect. The chemical composition of the austenitic stainless steel is based on chromium, nickel and other elements such as molybdenum, tungsten, niobium and titanium. Since the structure is a face-centered cubic structure, Thus there is high strength and creep strength at high temperatures.
